Return and Refund Policy
At present due to COVID19, there is no return, refund or COD.
Return:
- Since our product ranges are hand crafted, there will be slight variation in detailing, which can not considered as damage. In such cases, customer can not return the goods and we can not refund the money.
- Our Cotton and ikkath range of products are printed with natural dyes and in such cases no guarantee is given on color bleeding.
- Read wash instruction carefully. We will not responsible for any damages caused by applying wrong method of washing.
- Most of our fabric lines are pure quality and careless handling causes damage to the fabric. Customer should strictly follow the washing instruction carefully.
- The color and texture of the costume may slightly vary from the actual color and texture. This may be due to screen quality of the computer or light variation during shoot. Customer can not refund the product in such cases.
- Differences and variations can happen for customized designs over the phone. If the customer has doubts to be cleared, get the appointment of the designer and finalize. Company will not be responsible for such incidents.
- Refund is not applicable for customized orders.
Refund:
- Once we received the goods, our team will examine thoroughly and decide whether refund or replacement. In case of exchange, we will check availability of the product. Or else the amount will be deposited in to your account.
- We will organize our courier firm to pick up the return from your end or else you can send the goods of your own cost, which will be refunded, if we find the return is genuine.
- The returning goods should be accompanied with Price Tag, Bill and packed properly. Any goods returns without the above mentioned documentation will not be refunded and returned back to the customer with logistics expenses.
- Processing and closing of refund will take 10 working days after receiving the returned goods. Refund timing will be totally depending upon the bank policies and company will not be responsible for any delay.
- Our executive will be in touch with you to assist the process and send you updates.
- We will reimburse the shipping cost, if the return is with proper documentation and reason.
